Paul Alex Bennett

Paul has been painting with the group for 10 years. As a photojournalist and traveller, he takes his materials with him for on-the-spot work when visiting other countries and cultures. Paul obtained his BA in Fine Arts from the University of Victoria and has exhibited his work in numerous juried shows, galleries and in solo exhibits. "I am primarily a nature painter with a focus on landscapes in whatever medium best suits the subject. Painting passionately in acrylics and oils for the last 15 years has given me a better appreciation of the beauty of the world around us. I strive to capture as much of it in paintings as I can."
