Keith Levang

Keith has been painting with the group for 5 years. Keith’s representational style of painting lets him present the subject faithfully while maintaining the feel and look of a painting, rather than a photograph. Keith’s work has been exhibited in local and mainland juried shows, as well as solo shows. Keith has a Fourth Year Diploma (Emily Carr) & B.Ed (UBC) and has remained involved in the visual arts for many years. "‘I try to capture a specific moment in time, one that recalls a familiar place, memory or feeling. Having spent my life on the westcoast, it is these images which inspire me to want to preserve that familiarity on canvas."
