I have been a member of the Oak Bay Community Artists Society for 11 years. Participating in the Spring and Fall Studio Tours, has been very rewarding. I have met so many interesting art lovers. Their appreciation of my acrylic paintings has been very encouraging.

Being a part of the unique Bowker Creek Brush Up in August is an experience like no other, with such a wide variety of Victorians strolling by, stopping to chat and view the artists at work.

Flowers and animals continue to be my main focus. My greatest encouragement, as a self-taught artist, is from people telling me that the vibrant colours in my paintings make them feel happy.
