Harald Wetklo

Harald was a business owner and professional dental technician of thirty years. Busy in his practice, he did always find time to pursue photography and spend time in nature.

For the past six years he has committed himself to exploring the medium of water color. Harald has studied with several local artists including Alan Mark Cross, Rita Edwards, Rehona Farrell, Rodger Garbutt, Ann Hunter, Natalie Shumka, Brian Simons, Joanne Thomson, Deborah Tilby and Jim Wispinski.

Landscapes, seascapes and florals are some of his favourite subjects. Some art work develops for him spontaneously as an abstract. Lately he started to paint with the acrylic medium.
