Carol Porteous Crawford and Jeanette Mitchell first met in 2004 at an art organization and fast became kindred spirits. They are both country girls (Carol from Yorkshire, England and Jeannette from Saskatchewan) who share a passion for life, laughter and art. Both enthusiastic gardeners, their imagery reflects their love of all that grows. The name of the show is no accident as they provide a POTPOURRI of subject matter rendered primarily in watercolour and oil. Variety is the spice of life and they provide variety with the blend of a successful potpourri.
